Chris Otto is a Managing Partner for Homegrown Capital & Realty specializing in market analysis and builder relations. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and has an extensive background in the Atlanta real estate market. Chris has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia since 2004. He also developed the successful model of AOC Capital which evolved into Homegrown Capital.
Phillip specializes in Investor relations and financial analysis for Homegrown Capital & Realty. He is an Honors graduate from the University of Georgia majoring in Finance. Phillip is an Atlanta native, and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008. He also has an extensive background in real estate investment property acquisition and property management.
